Cubecart 5.2.2 - USPS Shipping Integration

We carried out this process for a client of ours that wanted to sell their Neck & Back Pain Products through a mobile friendly e-commerce cart. The end result was perfect integration of the USPS module within Cubecart 5.2.2 - the latest version as of the date of this posting.

1. The first thing to do is to follow this link ... USPS Web Tools

2. Register For An Account ...

3. Submit The Form

4. Wait For The Email From USPS .... It will contain your username and password .. you will only really need the username.

5. Email Your Username To  ... uspstechsupport@esecurecare.net explaining that you are using CubeCart and you need integration into their production server ... here is an example of what we sent them ...

My username is .. ************

I am trying to integrate the usps section on Cubecart and I believe I need you to activate the account so that I can test the software .. could you please do so as soon as possible as we are losing potential overseas sales due to the non-integration ..

6. Wait For Confirmation Email From USPS ...

Thank you for contacting the USPS Internet Customer Care Center in regards to having your Web Tools account, ************, moved to the Production server. I am happy to assist you today.

I would like to congratulate you on moving to production for the U.S. Postal Service's Web Tools Application Program Interfaces (APIs).

Your profile has been updated to allow you access to the Production Server.

7. Return To The Cubecart USPS Integration ...

8. Place Your Username Into The Appropriate Box ... And Add Your Zip Code ...

9. Select The Desired Shipping Rates ... Turn On The Status .. And Save ... 

10. Test the Integration ... Things Should Be OK And Shipping Rates From USPS Are Added Into the Cubecart Basket & Checkout Automatically ...

11. If You Have Any Problems .. Call Us Or Contact Us Via Skype .. Username - 'SmarterGoldie'
